To book a live video support session with your allocated instructor please complete the form below.
You will be contacted back via email with a specific time and day for your video support session. If there are any problems with the day or time please let us know as soon as possible via email.
Standard members will need to enter the unique ten digit Authentication Key which can be found inside your DVD case. Please remember your authentication key is locked to the name you provided when you joined.
Ultimate members have the option of providing their username and password for priority support.
